My compact quick-dry towel from REI is quite possibly the best purchase I made prior to coming---it’s quite self-explanatory, but it’s very absorbent and plush (it’s unlike a lot of the ones out there that feel more like felt or really worn out fleece) yet dries extremely quickly and is so compact! I highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling or camping---though I’m sure many of you already own one.
